Research proposals that earn the room.

A proposal isn't a document — it's a job interview on paper. We co-write yours from the gap up: problem statement, novelty claim, methodology, timeline, and the lit-review that convinces a committee you've done the reading.

01 What it is

A proposal that survives the second read.

Most proposals fail not at first glance, but at the third paragraph — when the committee realises the novelty claim is unsupported, the methodology is borrowed, or the timeline is fiction. We've spent four years pulling apart what works across UK, German, Saudi and Emirati universities. The pattern is consistent: clarity of gap, defensibility of method, and a literature review that cites the conversation it's joining, not just the field.

You'll work with one writer and one PhD-finished reviewer. We start from your seed idea (or build one with you in the Topic Finder), draft in shared docs you can audit line by line, and hand off a submission-ready PDF with editable source files. No template. No copy-paste. No surprises in the final invoice.

A first paragraph that does seven jobs.

1.1 Background & motivation

The persistent rise in adolescent type-2 diabetes across South Asian diaspora communities in the United Kingdom (Khan et al., 2024) represents a clinical paradox: a population with the most extensive public-screening infrastructure in Europe is producing some of the worst paediatric outcomes in OECD comparisons.

Hook + stat + a specific paradox. The reader knows in 38 words exactly why this matters.

While existing interventions have focused on dietary intervention at the household level (NHS Digital, 2023), three gaps remain unaddressed in current scholarship…

02 Frequently asked

Questions students ask before sending the first message.

Will it be flagged as AI or plagiarised?+
No. We don't use AI to generate your work, and every draft is run through Turnitin and an AI-detector before delivery. You receive both reports with the final files. If anything flags above 8%, we rewrite at no cost.
Do you write in my voice or yours?+
Yours. We start every project with a 200-word writing sample from you — anything you've written before — and match register, sentence length, and vocabulary. If you don't have a sample, we work from a 20-minute voice call instead.
What happens if the proposal is rejected?+
Two free revision rounds are included in every quote. If the proposal is rejected with comments, we rewrite against those comments at no charge. If it's rejected without comments (rare), we offer a 40% credit toward a fresh attempt at a different institution.
Can you match a specific supervisor's research?+
Yes — this is what we're best at. Send us the supervisor's last three papers and we'll align your novelty claim, methodology choice and references to their active interests. We've matched proposals to supervisors at TUM, UCL, KAUST, KU Leuven and 38 other institutions.
What if I only have a vague idea?+
Start with the Topic Finder portal. You'll get 12 sourced topic options with citation trails. Pick one and we'll bolt the proposal onto it. Many of our strongest acceptances started exactly here.
How do payments work?+
50% to start, 50% on delivery. We accept bank transfer in GBP, EUR, AED and PKR, plus Wise, Stripe and Western Union. Quoted in full before we begin. No subscription, no auto-renew, no hidden fees.
Can you sign an NDA?+
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs on every PhD project as standard, even if you don't ask. Your topic, supervisor name and institution are never shared, not even as case studies.
