Research Whales started in 2020 as a small group of writers, editors, mentors and proofreaders working across the UK, Australia, UAE and Germany. Five years later, we're still that — just bigger, sharper, and working with more students than we ever imagined.

We help students solve real academic problems and build portfolios that open doors. Our structure is unusual: three independent teams — Marketing & Communications, Finance & Management, and Writing — each integrated in layers, each with one designated bridge connecting to the next. It keeps quality high and processes clean.

Here's the thing: every one of us has been a Masters or PhD student. We know the hassle of holding down a job, paying tuition, passing modules, and then quietly saving for PSW or the next visa stamp. We know what it's like to stare at a deadline and feel completely alone.

That's why we don't operate like a faceless service. We bring as much ease as humanly possible to our students. We answer messages personally. We remember names. We follow up after submissions.
